Ken Wilson – President

Ken brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to daily project management, estimating and scheduling of projects. His hands-on approach to customer satisfaction ensures that JICI exceeds expectations.

Bob's dedication for quality is exceptional. His daily involvement and on-site management enables JICI to construct any project no matter the size or complexity.

Phil Roberts - Superintendent

Phil's personal approach to the clients he works with is unique. Phil is involved with every step from the permit process to the final completion. He communicates with customers all through the process to make sure they are completely satisfied with their new project.

Lonnie Ingledue – Superintendent

Lonnie is known for his attention to detail and eye for precision work. He works closely with clients helping them identify and articulate their construction needs to ensure that each project exceeds the customer's expectations.

Troy Stackhouse – Project Manager

Troy excels in communicating with all parties involved in the construction process . As a result, projects under his supervision flow smoothly and efficiently which helps ensure that they are completed on time and budget.

Rick Getts – Sales Manager

Rick works closely with the project managers to express the client's instructions as the construction project takes form. He works as a liaison between the client and the project team and provides direction ensuring that the customer's wishes are carefully executed.

Chad Owen – Estimating Manager

Chad is proficient in taking projects from conceptual cost projections to fixed pricing. His duties also include cost analysis, cash flow forecasting, evaluation of sub-contractor bids, and coordination of architectural and civil designs.
